You will receive pictures of your order and a waybill with a tracking number sent to your email once the package has been dropped off at an EMS shipment branch.
We can provide an estimated ETA based on our experience shipping items to your country. Once the package has been dropped off, we have no control over any delays that may occur, and shipment is completely out of our hands.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery. We do not take any responsibility for any customs or delivery-related issues that may arise once your package arrives in your designated country.
